Engelberth Construction is pleased to announce that Mary Lintermann has recently rejoined the company as Director of Business Development. Mary brings extensive sales and marketing experience to this role, as well as a solid background in engineering, development and business planning.
As Director of Business Development, Mary is responsible for generating new project opportunities for Engelberth throughout northern New England. Her primary focus is on continued client relations, especially prior to, during and after construction.
Mary is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and is a board member of GBIC (Greater Burlington Industrial Development Corporation), Dartmouth Regional Technical Center and recently left VELCO (Vermont Electric Company). Mary is also Vice Chair of the Vermont Economic Progress Council (VEPC) and a member of the Workforce Development Council.
Engelberth is also pleased to welcome Ted Hirdler, LEED AP, as Estimator. Ted joins our preconstruction and estimating team and is responsible for providing detailed cost information for projects using Timberline Estimating, working on competitive bids as well as providing value engineering, and constructability reviews for clients.
Ted has in excess of 29 years experience in all phases of construction with extensive experience in all levels of estimating.
Engelberth Construction, Inc. is a construction manager/general contractor with full-service offices in Colchester, Vermont and Keene, New Hampshire. The company employs approximately 170 people on projects throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, northeastern New York and Massachusetts.
