David Jamieson joins Stowe Realty

CEO John Biondolillo is pleased to announce that David Jamieson recently transferred from the BCK Real Estate Barre office to our sister company of Stowe Realty, 254 Mountain Road in Stowe. Jamieson, who started skiing on the rope tow at Mad River Glen in Waitsfield and went on to become a PSIA certified instructor working at various ski areas in the U.S., has an affinity for the Stowe area.

David was raised on what is now known as the Von Trapp Farm in Waitsfield and now resides at Mountain Mead Farm in Worcester where he has raised Christmas Trees for many years and his farm is featured on his web site www.VermontLandCompany.com. Insights and expertise about "Buying Land Wisely” and more are featured his web site. This will explain Dave's love for land and working on estates, farms and larger tracts of land is his specialty.

Having retired from construction management where he estimated and managed many highly specialized projects up and down the east coast it is time to stay home. From dams and piers to sky scrapers including under water marine work, carbon fiber structural repairs and pneumatically applied concrete (shotcrete). Dave was involved in working on the Central Artery in Boston and under the World Trade Center in New York doing structural repairs after nine eleven.

Biondolillo said “Dave’s knowledge of real estate and land in particular, is second to none. He sees the hidden value in certain pieces of land and has the connections throughout the state to match sellers with buyers. We welcome David's enthusiasm and knowledge of land and structures to our Stowe office.”

Dave can be contacted by e-mail at [email protected], by phone (802) 522-6702.
