McFarland Johnson announces that Richard W. Dall, P.E., LEED AP, SECB, a Regional Office Manager in the Facilities Group, has received Certification by the Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB) of Chicago, IL. This Board Certification identifies Mr. Dall as a professional engineer with the specialized education, experience, and expertise to engage in the practice of Structural Engineering.
Mr. Dall is a Licensed Professional Engineer with 35 years of project management and structural engineering experience. Mr. Dall is responsible for management, design, investigation of new and existing buildings, bridges and other structures of varying construction materials and degrees of complexity. His experience includes such specialized areas as seismic design, mat and pile foundations, earth support structures, underpinning and crane runways. Mr. Dall holds a Masters degree in Structure, Foundations, and Project Management and has served as adjunct engineering instructor. He is a Past-President of the Structural Engineers Association of Vermont.
