Gravel & Shea attorney Catherine A. Burke has been named a shareholder of the firm. Burke is a member of the firm’s corporate department, advising and assisting clients with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.
“Catherine is an integral part of our corporate department and is critical to the success of the firm,” said William “Chip” Mason, co-managing partner at Gravel & Shea. “She earned this role as a shareholder, and I look forward to her continued colleagueship, working together to deliver the highest level of service to clients.”
Before joining the firm six years ago, Burke provided tax consulting services through a large accounting firm, including assisting businesses during IRS audits. She also litigated on behalf of indigent civil clients and prosecuted misdemeanors.
