Former St. Johnsbury Academy boarding student Rand McKellar has returned to his alma mater to fill the school’s newly created Marketing Coordinator position
After graduating from the Academy in 2003, McKellar studied marketing at Southern Methodist University, in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from the University of Wyoming, in Laramie, with a degree in communications.
Most recently, he worked in the medical field developing marketing-communications strategies for medical practices.
“Returning to the Academy was one of the easiest decisions I have made,” he said. “I had the great privilege of being taught, mentored, and coached by the world-class faculty and staff at the Academy. I am very humbled to be calling them my colleagues.”The beauty and the promise of adventure that abounds in Northeastern Vermont only serves to further my excitement in returning.”
