White + Burke is proud to announce that Gail Henderson-King received certification as an Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) from the National Development Council (NDC) in November 2016. EDFP Certification is a professional credential given to individuals who successfully complete NDC’s intensive economic development finance training series. The training provides individuals working in the field of economic development with instruction in business credit analysis, real estate financing, loan packaging, deal structuring and negotiating and the creation and implementation of development programs.
Gail is a Senior Project Manager at White + Burke. She has managed such projects as the University of Vermont Medical Center’s Robert E and Holly D Miller Building, the downtown St Albans State Office Building and parking garage redevelopment, and landscaping re-design for the Shelburne Road and Williston branches of Northfield Savings Bank.
