State Rep. Zachary Harvey, who represents Rutland's 3rd District, has been appointed finance chair of the Vermont Republican Party. In this role, he will serve as a member of the party’s Executive Committee.
Harvey is a graduate of Providence College, where he earned a degree in political science with a minor in economics. During his decade-long career in financial services, he has held various roles at the New York Stock Exchange and its parent, Intercontinental Exchange, a Fortune 500 technology and data services company.

Harvey take on this key leadership role for the Vermont GOP,” said VTGOP chair Paul Dame said. “As we build on our current momentum, I am confident that his leadership, coupled with his experience in the private sector, uniquely positions him to grow the GOP’s donor network, strengthen grassroots fundraising efforts and ensure Republican candidates have the resources they need to win.”
