Pelin Kohn, an expert in leadership, has been named a recipient of a 2022 New Leaders Council (Vermont) Fellowship. Kohn is the founding director of a soon-to-be-announced leadership center at Norwich University and its leadership program coordinator.
Kohn has been working as a leadership educator for 20 years and, before moving to teach at the college level, worked as an executive coach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master's degree in education from Bilkent University in Turkey and a doctorate in leadership (administration and planning) from Middle East Technical University, also in Turkey.
“The New Leaders Council is a significant platform from which to share my unique skills and expertise to solve problems collectively," Kohn said. "I am happy to bring this experience to Norwich and share it with my colleagues and students to support Norwich’s mission of educating future leaders."
