Amy Johnson, former daily operations manager at Dunkling and Penney Dentistry, has been named account manager of the Burlington office of Northeast Delta Dental. In her new role, Johnson will help small-business employers throughout Vermont with their Delta Dental and DeltaVision coverage and will support brokers to provide high-quality service to clients.
At her previous position, Johnson oversaw patient scheduling, collections and insurance eligibility, and supervised employees at two locations. She also took on IT responsibilities, managing the transfer of all patient records from paper to an electronic digital system and facilitating a company-wide software change.
Johnson is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where she majored in anthropology.
