Martha Leiper, executive vice president and chief investment officer at the Unum Group, has been elected to the National Life Group Board of Directors, effective Feb. 14.
Leiper, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, is a seasoned financial services executive with over 35 years of experience leading finance and investment organizations at two Fortune 500 companies. At Unum, she is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategy to enhance the portfolio and grow Unum’s risk management program through targeted portfolio actions and derivatives programs.
