The Mount Family Group was honored at the annual meeting of its franchisor, Select Staffing, in Palm Desert California. The meeting was attended by over 400 employees of Select and its affiliates, Westaff and Remedy Intelligent Staffing. Mount Family Group had 14 people to represent the Burlington based company.
The highest honor given to a franchisee in the company is Franchise Business of the Year, which was awarded to Mount Family Group. All 14 members of the company took part in receiving the award.
Individually, the company also received Franchise of the Year 2011 among all Westaff franchisees and two milestone awards for sales achievement.
Members of the Mount Family Group team were also given individual awards for excellence in sales and operations. Marty Adams of South Royalton was given two awards for branch Gross Profit; Stacy Cataldo of Tewksbury, MA was awarded the Circle of Excellence, also for gross profit. Alison Davis of Burlington was given an award on behalf of her Burlington branch for excellence in collections.
Jeannine Erpelding of St. Johnsbury, the Regional Manager of Mount Family Group’s four northern Vermont and New Hampshire branches was given the highest individual award, the Westaff Quality Leadership Award given for her mentoring and charitable activities. This is the second year in a row that a member of Mount Family Group has been given this award.
