Merchants Bank announced today the confirmation of Janette Bombardier to the board of directors of Merchants Bank. Ms. Bombardier is the Director of Site Operations and Senior Location Executive for the IBM Vermont facility.

Ms. Bombardier is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Vermont and has a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont.
