Mattison promoted to emergency services manager at United Counseling Service

United Counseling Service is proud to announce the promotion of Anna Mattison to emergency services manager. Mattison has over 25 years of experience at UCS helping people in crisis situations, and recently served as the interim emergency services manager.
Mattison will work in UCS’ Battelle crisis center, where previous to her management role; she served as the emergency services police liaison.
“Anna Mattison brings with her an incredible amount of professional experience as the Emergency Services Manager, a position where she will directly help people in the community who are experiencing a crisis situation,” said Victor Martini, Director of Community Rehabilitation and Emergency Services. “She is a valuable resource to the community and will help those in need.”
“Helping people in the community has been an extremely rewarding experience throughout my time working at UCS, and I’m looking forward to enhancing the emergency services we provide to help people when they need it most,” said Mattison.
A 1990 graduate of Southern Vermont College, Mattison started working at UCS in the Community Rehabilitation and Treatment (CRT) division as a case manager for individuals who were chronically mentally ill. She has served as the crisis intervention trainer for over seven years, and acts as a police liaison for the agency due to her previous experience as a part-time officer with the Manchester PD.
UCS serves children, adults, families, and seniors through nationally recognized counseling, early care and education, and clinical support.
