Donna MacDonough, LNA has joined the staff at Maple Leaf Farm. Donna is currently enrolled in the LPN program at VTC and brings work experience from Second Springs North, FAHC and the Vermont State Hospital.
Maple Leaf Farm is a 41-bed residential substance abuse treatment center licensed by the State of Vermont and is nationally accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Last year, 774 patients spent 13,920 days at Maple Leaf Farm. In the last five years, over 3,800 men and women from every walk of life throughout Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts have addressed their substance abuse in the non-judgmental and supportive environment offered at the Farm.
