Ledyard National Bank, headquartered in Hanover, NH, has announced the promotions of two senior vice presidents on its executive team: Mike Parisi has been elevated to chief strategy officer, and Susan Fernald has been named chief banking officer.
Pirisi, who joined Ledyard in 2016, will now oversee the institution's financial center banking, cash management and data analytics teams while continuing to serve as a member of the bank’s executive committee. In addition to his management responsibilities, Parisi will drive the bank's various strategic initiatives, focused on continuing Ledyard’s strong financial performance and long-term growth.
In her new position, Fernald will oversee operations, compliance and information technology while also continuing to serve on the executive committee. In the four years she has been with Ledyard, Fernald has led the bank through a core conversion and played a pivotal role in many technology initiatives.
