Orion Global Talent, a Derby-based executive search and talent agency, has appointed April Lane as executive vice president. Before joining Orion, Lane served as principal of both Brighton Elementary School and Irasburg Village School.

Lane is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds a Master of Education in curriculum and instruction from Vermont State University.
