David Boyd rejoins Gravel & Shea as shareholder

David Boyd, former assistant attorney general and deputy solicitor general for Vermont, has rejoined the Burlington law firm Gravel & Shea as a shareholder.

Boyd brings to G&S more than 15 years of helping businesses and governmental entities solve problems through complex litigation and mediation. In addition to his previous tenure at Gravel & Shea, he practiced at Dewey & LeBoeuf and clerked for a federal district court judge.

"We are thrilled to welcome David back to our team,” said Gravel & Shea shareholder Matt Byrne. “He is an experienced litigator with a nimble intellect who will help us provide outstanding service to our clients.”

Boyd is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds a law degree from New York University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
