The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) is pleased to announce that Kelli Rivers, Human Resources Director, has passed The HR Certification Institute’s Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) exam. This certification covers all human resource disciplines and is designed for the HR professional who formulates and plans policy, uses judgment gained through experience and application, and understands management and business processes beyond the HR function. Kelli has 17 years of human resources experience and has been with CVOEO for two years, directing human resources for its 155 employees within Addison, Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.
