Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce Darcy Allard and Maryann Russell have been promoted to district managers, and Erika Baldasaro and Matt Villemaire have been promoted to senior district managers.
As district manager, Allard will support six Community Bank branches, with customer service, sales, personnel development, risk management and community relations. She started her banking career in 1991 and came to Community Bank when it acquired Merchants Bank in 2017. After the transition to Community Bank, she became branch manager of the Winooski branch until she was promoted to district manager for the Northwest Vermont District. Allard serves as an active board member for KidSafe Collaborative and participates in both the Fund Development and Awards Celebration committees for the nonprofit. She resides with her husband in Milton, Vermont.
As district manager, Russell will support two Community Bank branches in Chittenden County, with customer service, sales, personnel development, risk management and community relations. Russell began working at Merchants Bank in 2002 and joined Community Bank in 2017 when it acquired Merchants Bank, where she managed the Shelburne Road, South Burlington location. She is actively involved in the community, volunteering with ANEW Place, Sleep in Heavenly Peace and Shelburne Boy Scouts. Russell also serves on the Christ the King school board as marketing and advancement committee chair. She received a Bachelor of Science in business management from Champlain College. She resides in Shelburne, Vermont, with her husband and son.
Baldasaro’s new role as senior district manager includes overseeing sixteen Community Bank branches in North Western Vermont. She will oversee home equity, mortgage and small business loan originations. She previously served as Community Bank district manager. She is involved in the community, serving as a board member for the DREAM Program. Baldasaro received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She resides in Essex Junction, Vermont, with her husband and three children.
In his new role as senior district manager, Villemaire will manage fifteen Community Bank branches in Eastern and Southern Vermont, as well as Massachusetts. He will oversee home equity, mortgage and small business loan originations. He previously served as a branch manager/district manager. Villemaire serves in the community as a Donate Life ambassador and a member of the Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce. He is past president of the Williston/Richmond Rotary. Villemaire received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Lyndon State College. He resides in Bolton, Vermont, with his wife and has a daughter in graduate school.
