Richard Feeley, President of Coburn& Feeley Property Management, Inc. of Burlington, announced, that Michelle Kelley has been named Leasing Agent and Property Manager of the new Pinecrest at Essex Senior Living Community. Feeley noted that Coburn& Feeley was appointed as the management company for Pinecrest; which is under construction, and located on Joshua Way, just off of Susie Wilson Rd in Essex.
Feeley noted that Pinecrest has one and two bedroom apartments, with many amenities; including covered parking, and nursing services provided by the VNA. Coburn& Feeley also manages the Taft Farm Senior Living Community in Williston for the owners of Pincrest; and Michelle Kelley currently is available to speak with prospective tenants for Pinecrest or Taft Farm at 879-3333.
Richard Feeley, President of Coburn& Feeley Property Management, Inc. recently accounced that Stephanie Allen has been promoted to the position of Vice President& Property Manager. Allen has been with Coburn& Feeley for six years, and is the Mananger of the South Meadow Apartments in Burlington for C&F. She has recently taken on additional duties with the firm. She is also pursuing a business degree at the Community College of Vermont.
