Paul Frank + Collins P.C. is pleased to announce that staff member Catherine (“Katie”) Haining has earned an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from The Insurance Institutes of America (IIA). The AIC designation is a professional designation designed to provide claims professionals with enhanced skill training to handle different types of claims. The program includes study in the areas of claim handling principles, managing bodily injury claims, property loss adjusting, and liability claim practices. Ms. Haining is a 2008 graduate of University of Vermont and she supports the Insurance Services professionals at Paul Frank + Collins P.C. in the areas of auditing, insurance coverage, and claims work.
