Kylee Beaucage, of Washington, Vermont, has been named one of 12 winners of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust's Brand Behavior Awards, which recognize employees who demonstrate behavior that exemplifies the bank’s core values of communication, initiative, positivity, professionalism, quality and teamwork.
Beaucage, branch relationship manager at the institution's Williamstown office, received an Initiative Award, which honors those who continually work to improve the customer experience and team development.
Beaucage, who joined the bank in 2023, leads a team of banking professionals to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families and businesses in Williamstown and surrounding towns meet their financial goals. She is a business technology and management graduate of Vermont Technical College, now part of Vermont State University.
