Paul Frank + Collins Director William D. Riley was recently listed as one of the top 50 most influential people in the international captive insurance industry by Captive Reviewmagazine.
Captive Review’s annual “Power 50” list recognizes the most proactive, influential and innovative figures in the captive insurance industry each year. The nomination process for the Power 50 is based solely on public opinion and remains anonymous. Four main criteria were used to compile the list, including the individual’s past influence and history, the individual’s level of respect and visibility within the captive insurance community, their ability to affect regulatory change, and how innovative the individual is in relation to their approach to captive insurance.
Mr. Riley is a member of the insurance law team at Paul Frank + Collins, with a focus on captive insurance and insurance coverage. He is the current Chairman of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) board of directors, and has served on the board since 2009.
