Sandi Schump worked with Vermont Teddy Bear Company as a seasonal Universal Gift Counselor for three seasons starting in January 2011. In June of 2012 she joined the Bear Crew as a core Customer Relations Specialist. This October Sandi was promoted to Internet Day Lead.
In October of this year Laurie Carr joined the Vermont Teddy Bear Co. as the Customer Relations Specialist: Returns Lead. Laurie assists in all non-supervisory duties of the Customer Service Liaison; including CS assistance to Fulfillment, Art & Embroidery and Shipping Departments. Prior to joining the Bear Crew, she was a campground Manager providing customer service to all its visitors.
In November Eric Thompson joined The Vermont Teddy Bear Co as the Sales Lead for New Business. This position will assist in the development and on-going sales for Vermont Teddy Bear’s corporate and wholesale account base including Vermont Teddy Bear, PajamaGram and Calyx Flower Brands. Prior to joining the Bear Crew, Eric was working as an Account Executive for a global technology company.
