The Vermont Agency™, an independent office of National Life Insurance Company of Montpelier, VT, is proud to announce that four Associates have recently completed the Leadership in Life Institute course of study offered by NAIFA, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Jo Ann Thibault, Tyler Wood, Melissa Cushing, and Jeff Parry spent one day per month for six months in the program devoted to advancing leadership, personal growth, and professional success.
The Leadership in Life Institute (LILI), NAIFA’s signature leadership development course, began in 2000 when the first classes were held in California and Texas. In the years that have followed, nearly 260 classes have been completed with 48 states participating. The LILI family has grown to include 2,200 alumni. The program’s success is highly visible in the leadership ranks of NAIFA as graduates fulfill their service commitment and help LILI meet its mission of developing high-quality leaders for the entire federation.
NAIFA - Vermont is proud to have graduated three classes in the last three years and is planning another class for 2013.
