Carroll, strategic adviser at the London-based biotechnology research firm Isomorphic Labs, is widely recognized for pioneering the integration of emerging technology platforms, including artificial intelligence, to accelerate the discovery and development of novel medicines. She obtained a bachelor's degree in biology from Saint Michael’s before earning a doctorate in cell and developmental biology at Stony Brook University.

Colbert, who graduated from Saint Michael's with a degree in business administration, has more than 35 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain sector, with a focus on software solutions. She currently serves as a consultant to companies and individuals looking to optimize technology strategies, navigate the transportation software landscape and scale Software-as-a-Service offerings.

Fitzgibbons, a political science and government major at Saint Michael's, is senior vice president and senior communications manager at M&T Bank in New York City, focusing largely on the bank’s Wilmington Trust’s wealth and institutional trust management businesses. Before joining the board of trustees, he completed a two-year term as president of the college’s Alumni Board of Directors.

Kurrle, an accounting graduate at Saint Michael's, has served as secretary of the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development since 2019 and previously served as commissioner of the Vermont Department of Labor. Before entering public service, she spent 15 years as a business owner and began her career as an auditor with the international accounting firm KPMG.

Sherman, a business administration graduate at Saint Michael's, retired as CEO at GameStop in 2021. He previously held key leadership roles at Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, Advance Auto Parts and Victra, a leading Verizon Wireless retailer.
