Ricky Padgett, vice president of Finance and Operations and chief operating officer for the past five years at the George West Mental Health Foundation (GWMHF) in Atlanta, has been named director of Corporate Accounting at Fletcher Allen Health Care.
Prior to accepting the position at Fletcher Allen, Padgett had also assumed the roles of chief financial officer and director of Finance at GWMHF. During his tenure there, Padgett implemented various accounting systems to improve financial reporting, streamlined their audit processes, and focused the organization on increased financial stability.
Padgett holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Florida State University and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Troy State University in Alabama.
