KeyBank announces the addition of James Reed in the new position of
Investment Solutions Specialist for Key Private Bank. Reed has more
than 12 years of experience in investment management, retirement planning
and alternative investments, as well as hedging strategies and tailored lending.
Prior to joining Key, Reed served as Vice President of Retirement Sales
for BlackRock Investment Management, where he fostered successful
relationships with financial intermediaries, private banks and
investment advisors. His previous positions include sales and sales
management roles with National Financial Partners and Citigroup Global
Markets.
Reed holds several industry licenses, including NASD Series 7 and 66, as
well as a variety of professional credentials through the Center for
Fiduciary Studies and the College of Financial Planning. He has
published articles in the field of retirement plans and related topics.
Reed and his family live in Burlington.
