National Life Group recognizes employees for outstanding leadership

Vermont-based National Life Group recently honored seven employees for outstanding leadership at its annual Leadership Summit held Nov 16 at its Montpelier, VT, and Addison, TX, campuses. Each of the honorees were cited for emulating a different dimension of the company's "7 Cs" of leadership: comprehension, competency, confidence, conviction, courage, communication and character.

Recipients are:

  • Varun Kumar of Frisco, TX, Chief Technology Officer, for comprehension.
  • Mark Davidson of Stowe, VT, Head of Investment Risk Management, for competency.
  • Nicole Frey of Essex Junction, VT, Associate Vice President and Actuary, for confidence.
  • Senait Menghes of Dallas, Director of Life and Annuity Operations, for conviction.
  • Brittany Winston of Dallas, Director of Business Architecture, for courage.
  • Matt Ryan of Vernon, CT, Associate Vice President of Advanced Markets, for communication.
  • Philip Partridge of Barre, VT, Associate Vice President of Inforce Management, for character.
