Rutland Regional is pleased to announce that Kirk Postlewaite has joined our organization as Director of Population Health for the Community Health Improvement Department. He will be working with the hospital’s Community Health Team, community providers, OneCare and the state to help increase wellness across the Rutland region.
Kirk comes to us from Washington County Mental Health Services, Inc. in Barre, Vermont where he served as Communications and Development Director for the past five years. Kirk also worked in the Children, Youth and Family Services division at WCMHS for over 10 years as a program coordinator for School Based Services and is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia and Master of Science in community mental health from Southern New Hampshire University.
Kirk resides with his wife, Bridgette, an attorney with Ryan, Smith, and Carbine LTD. and six-year-old son in Rutland.
