Karin J Hardy Receives CMCA For Community Associates Institute

Karin J. Hardy, Customer Service Manager (CSM) for TPW Management's Stratton Portfolio has achieved the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the Community Associations Institute. This designation is only achieved after the candidate has successfully completed the M-100 and M-200 courses of study for the Association of Professional Community Managers. CAI provides these types of educational tools and resources to people who govern and manage homeowners associations, condominiums and other planned communities. CAI's mission is to help their members make the communities they manage a better place to live. "Knowledge and understanding of the job give the employees of TPW a sense of ownership, which in turn leads to the success of the company" remarks CEO Paul T. Carroccio. Karin joined TPW in April 2008 after spending four years at Stratton Mountain working for Intrawest at Stratton in Development and Construction. Karin has lived in Vermont for over 30 years, with her three boys, Greg ( 26), Jesse (23), Colton (21). All three sons attended the University of Vermont.
