People’s United Bank announced today that Jody Cole has been promoted to Senior Vice President for the Commercial and Industrial Lending team at People’s United Bank. Cole supports the lending needs of her customers in the Chittenden County area.
Cole joined People’s United Bank in 1987, as a commercial lending trainee and then moved on to business banker. In 2000, she was promoted to a Commercial Banking Officer and Vice President.
She holds a BA from UVM and graduate credits from St. Michael’s College.
Cole is active in her community and is currently a member of the Leadership Champlain Alumni Committee, Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce; Western Slopes Business Association; and Vermont Bankers Association, Commercial Loan Committee.
