Jessica Miller, former talent acquisition coordinator at the University of Vermont Health Network, and Rachel Ward recently joined Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence as client managers. Miller supports the Burlington-based company's large-organization clients, and Ward works within the small-client group.
At the UVM Health Network, Miller recruited inpatient health care staff for six large organizations across Vermont and upstate New York. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from from William James College.
After living in New Hampshire for the past 20 years, Ward recently moved to upstate New York, where she will work remotely for H&B.
