Nate Hibler, former assistant director of taxpayer services at the Vermont Department of Tax, has been named vice president of finance at Vermont Law and Graduate School.
Hibler, who holds a law degree from VLGS, will create and execute budgets, working with the school’s board and leadership. He will obtain new grants, work with the development department to identify new revenue streams and develop new and creative ways to increase enrollment.
A former VLGS professor teaching federal securities regulation, Hibler comes to this role with more than 10 years of experience in government and the audit and tax industry. He has held CPA positions at several tax, audit and accounting advisory firms.
Hibler is a graduate of Champlain College and holds a Master of Laws in tax law from Boston University.
