The ribbon is cut at the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration of Vermont Adult Learning's new location, 16 Evelyn St., Suite 101, Rutland, VT. Vermont Adult Learning is occupying the newly remodeled space formerly occupied by Community College of Vermont. Vermont Adult Learning provides adults with essential skills education to further their educational, employment and personal goals in order to expand their options and capabilities in the family, community and workplace. Services are available to all out-of-school Vermonters, age 16 and above for High School Completion Program (ages 16-21), Vermont Adult Diploma Program (ages 21+, 18-20 with waiver) and General Education Development (GED) (ages 16+).
