Merritt & Merritt is pleased to announce that Elizabeth A Gribkoff has joined the firm’s practice as a Paralegal. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Vermont in 2013 with a BA in Environmental Studies and a minor in Spanish. After graduating from UVM, Elizabeth moved to the Bay Area in California, where she worked with the National Park Service, leading volunteers in performing trail work. Most recently, Elizabeth served as an AmeriCorps member with two Vermont environmental non-profits, where she led stewardship projects along riverbanks with landowners and helped watershed groups with volunteer management and networking.
For over 27 years, Merritt & Merritt has collaborated with growth companies, as well as the angel, venture capital and private equity investors that support them, to build and guide their businesses.
