Attorney Emily Garrett has joined the complex development and land use team at the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin in Burlington. Garrett comes to DRM from Ropes & Gray in Boston, where she worked in the real estate investments and transactions group.

Garrett is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston. She interned with Chief Justice Kimberly Budd at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as well as with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
