Community sailing center Announces New Members of the Board of Directors

Mark Naud, President of the Community Sailing Center
Board of Directors is pleased to announce the addition of seven new
members.
Yves Bradley is the head of Commercial Brokerage Division at Pomerleau
Real Estate, where he has worked since 2004. He and his family are
active Sailing Center program participants.
Ted Castle is an avid sailor and President/owner of Rhino Foods, a local
company that employs 110 employees and manufactures a variety of frozen
desserts and ice cream products that are distributed in North America
and Europe.
Besty Walkerman is the founder of Headwaters Strategy, a consulting firm
specializing in entrepreneurial strategy. She is passionate about
sailing and has a long history with the Community Sailing Center.
Catherine Bowes is the Senior Policy Representative at National Wildlife
Federation, a national environmental organization. Her commitment to
the health of Lake Champlain draws her to the work of the Community
Sailing Center.
Jason Frank recently returned to Burlington to become the Vice President
at Morgan Stanley Private Bank and has a strong connection to the
waterfront after years of working at the Burlington Boathouse.
Sarah Sears is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health counselor with her own
private practice. She is committed to lake access for all individuals
regardless of ability.
Nell Soper grew up on a sailboat with her family traveling through the
Caribbean and West Indies. For the last thirteen years she has owned and
operated multiple boutiques in Vermont and Rhode Island.
Departing from the board are two individuals each having over a decade
of service and commitment to the Community Sailing Center - David
Pasackow, Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Fritz
Horton, local architect.
The Community Sailing Center is a community based 501(c) (3)
organization //with a mission to inspire the celebration and stewardship
of Lake Champlain for all people through access, education and
