Champlain Valley AHEC is pleased to welcome Jessica Barrow to their staff as Health Careers Program Educator. Jessica develops, coordinates, and implements health career-related educational programs for middle and high school students in Addison, Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. She also organizes and participates in conferences and job fairs in partnership with local schools, colleges, universities, hospitals and community organizations. Jessica has several years of experience designing and implementing recreational summer programs for school-aged children, and has worked with Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital, Good Samaritan Caritas Hospital, and Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. A recent graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, she is close to completion of a Masters in Public Health degree.
