VFCU elects board of directors at 67th annual meeting

On Wednesday, July 29th, 2020, members joined Vermont Federal Credit Union (VFCU) leadership and staff via Zoom Webinar to celebrate the success of the past year and elect Board of Directors.

Incumbents Lisa Rees and Will Voigt were re-elected to the Credit Union’s Board of Directors for three-year terms.

Lisa Rees is a leadership coach for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and she is the founder of LTR Leadership, a leadership consulting business specializing in Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry. Lisa resides in Milton, Vermont with her husband, Grant.

Will Voigt is the Senior Accountant at D.W. Voigt CPA P.C., a tax and consulting firm located in South Burlington. Will resides in Essex, Vermont with his wife, Jenna, and their two children.

Maribeth Spellman and Neal Robinson were elected to the Credit Union’s Board of Directors to serve two and three-year terms, respectively. Maribeth Spellman is the Director of Workforce Engagement at Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence, an employee benefits and HR services consulting firm headquartered in Burlington Vermont. Maribeth is the former Commissioner of the Department of Human Resources for the State of Vermont.

Neal Robinson is the former Vice President of Finance for Saint Michael’s College, where he served for over 15 years. Neal resides in Essex Junction, Vermont with his wife, Karen.
