Vermont Society of CPAs elects executive committee, board members

The Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants has announced the election of its executive committee and board of directors for the 2025-2026 term. The leadership team brings a diverse range of experience and expertise that will support the society's mission to serve, support and advocate for Vermont's accounting professionals.

New executive committee members are Kevin Markowski, partner at McCormack, Guyette & Associates, who will serve as chairperson; Ryan Black-Deegan, partner at Davis & Hodgdon CPAs, vice chair and chairperson-elect; Angela Guinness, tax partner at Gallagher, Flynn & Co., secretary; and Matt Cleare, partner at Davis & Hodgdon CPAs, treasurer.

They are joined by newly elected directors Karen Bartlett, partner at O'Brien Shortle Reynolds & Sabotka; Nate Lalonde, tax manager at Gallagher, Flynn & Co.; and James Manning, principal at Johnson Lambert.
