The USCRI announces the appointment of new board member Laud

The
 US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants’ (USCRI) Board of Directors and staff are pleased to welcome new board member Katharine Laud of Vermont. USCRI protects the rights and addresses the needs of persons in forced or voluntary migration worldwide and supports their transition to a dignified life. With ten domestic field offices, including one in Colchester, VT, one site in El Salvador and a network of over 100 local agencies, our work with refugees and immigrants touches many lives across the country and beyond.

Katharine Laud was previously the Associate Vice President for Finance and Administration at the University of Vermont Foundation. She brings over 14 years of management experience with expertise in administration and financial management. A graduate of the Tuck School at Dartmouth College, she has been an active member of the board of Provident Financial Services (PFS) several and non-profit boards. Ms Laud currently resides in Shelburne, Vermont.

Ms Laud’s many years of experience and expertise will strengthen USCRI’s mission and goals. She joins a dedicated and experienced Board of Directors that
provides direction and oversight for 
the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants.
