SW Cole Engineering, Inc (SWCOLE) is pleased to welcome Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Thomas Morgan, PE to their Burlington area office in Williston, Vermont. Tom earned a BS in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a MS in geotechnical engineering from the University of New Hampshire. He has over 12 years of experience. Morgan will join the geotechnical team, who provides services to the firm’s clients, which include engineering firms, architects, developers, contractors, utilities and government agencies. The firm is unique in that a subsidiary, SWCOLE Explorations, LLC, provides geotechnical test borings to obtain soil and rock samples for investigations.
SWCOLE has 10 employees in Vermont, working from offices in Williston and White River Junction. The company is an employee-owned firm of over 90 technicians, engineers and scientists, providing geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, special inspections, and geoenvironmental services for projects throughout New England. Established in 1979, SWCOLE has offices in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
