White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors, Inc. has named Stephanie T. Hainley as its Chief Operating Officer. In this role she is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company including managing internal policies, contributing to company master planning, overseeing marketing, developing office systems, and continuing to build the company's reputation as one of the best places to work in Vermont.
Among her projects over her tenure at White + Burke are the Healthy Living redevelopment, Lowe's Home Centers stores, Fletcher Allen's Radiation Oncology project, the Merchants Bank branch on Shelburne Road, the Hannaford Supermarket in Bradford, redevelopment of the Shearer Audi showroom, and land development planning for SP Land Company in Killington. Also, between 2010-2012, Stephanie successfully developed four TIF (Tax Increment Financing) Districts in the State of Vermont, making her the leading author of TIF applications in the state.
Stephanie received a B.A. from the University of Vermont and received her M.B.A. from Champlain College in 2012. She is the President of Burlington Business & Professional Women, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce's Regional Affairs Committee, is a corporator for Northfield Savings Bank, and is a member of the Northfield Savings Bank Foundation Board of Directors.
White + Burke has been practicing a strategic blend of consulting and brokerage services since 1990. The firm is well known for tackling some of the largest and most difficult real estate challenges in Vermont, including Fletcher Allen Health Care’s Renaissance Project, Onion River Coop City Market, and the redevelopment of Essex Town Plaza.
The firm’s current assignments include the development of a Trader Joe's in South Burlington, the redevelopment of the City of St. Albans downtown core, the development of a Hannaford Supermarket in Hinesburg, and asset management on behalf of Fletcher Allen Health Care.
