ReArch Company has announced the promotion of Michael Biama to vice president of development and property management and the hiring of two new facilities technicians, Jack Kehoe and Tanner Bliss.
In his new role, Biama oversees all ReArch Properties staff and focuses on expanding ReArch’s development and property management portfolio. He also manages contracts for current ReArch Properties tenants and handles the leasing of various development properties, including Technology Park in South Burlington.
As facilities technicians, Kehoe and Bliss are responsible for working closely with tenants and property management clients to ensure the efficient operation of ReArch’s managed properties. Kehoe will graduate from the University of Vermont later this year. Tanner is a June graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and has worked for several years as a laborer for Chapin Orchards and as a sales associate at a bottle redemption center in Essex.
