Evan Taylor of Colchester, former small-business lender at TD Bank, has joined Passumpsic Bank as assistant vice president and commercial banker serving the Greater Burlington market.
Taylor, a Navy veteran, brings to Passumpsic more than 10 years' experience in the financial services industry, including small-business lending and banking, relationship management, retail banking, and financial sales.
