Corey Woloschin, former estimator at ReArch Co., has joined the South Burlington-based commercial construction firm Neagley & Chase Construction Co. as project estimator.
A University of Pittsburgh graduate with a civil engineering degree, Woloschin has nearly a decade of experience in commercial construction estimating. In addition to competitive bidding, he will collaborate with NCC's project management and estimating teams to develop and manage budgets from conceptual design to project completion. His work spans a variety of project types, including office/commercial, multifamily housing and educational facilities.
