Margaret Pratt Community is pleased to announce Zachary D Shephard as its Executive Director for the new community located at 210 Plateau Acres in Bradford, VT. Margaret Pratt Community is the newest assisted living community serving Vermont’s older adults and their families. Owned by Enhanced Living, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on providing excellent personal care for seniors, our community will be offering private and shared apartments, beautiful gathering areas, outstanding food made with the finest local ingredients, and a robust calendar of activities.
Zachary comes to us with over thirteen years of healthcare experience with six of those being specific to senior living. Zachary is a veteran of the United States Army and a licensed nurse. During his time working in senior living, Zachary gained experience as a nurse manager and worked in reimbursement in the nursing home setting. Zachary’s compassion in caring for the elderly and experience in healthcare and management make him a great fit for Margaret Pratt Community.
Zachary is a resident of Littleton, NH with his wife Anastasia where they enjoy outdoor activities such as; photography, kayaking, fishing, and camping. Zachary is excited for the opportunity to work with the community in Bradford to help meet the ever-growing senior care needs in northern Vermont.
Zachary holds his MBA from New England College with a concentration in healthcare management and is a licensed nursing home administrator. Margaret Pratt Community welcomes Zachary to the organization and looks forward to a successful future under his leadership.
