Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce that Patti Leonard has joined the company’s South Burlington, Vermont office as a REALTOR®.
Patti was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont. She currently resides in South Burlington, VT. Patti was in the hospitality industry with the Sheraton Burlington Hotel and Conference Center for eight years as a Sales Manager and Director of Group Sales. During her employment with The Sheraton, Patti was a committee member of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce and an Ambassador for the Fletcher Allen Medical Center.
In 2005, she purchased a women’s clothing store located on Church Street in Burlington. Patti owned and operated the store with day to day operations as well as attending buying shows in New York City for the store. After deciding to close the store due to the economy in 2008, Patti went to work for Talbots women’s clothing in Burlington as Store Manager where she managed a sales staff and increased sales to 1.5 million. Patti also has operated her own online shoe business called The Perfect Shoe Boutique.
Four Seasons Sotheby’s gives Patti a wealth of resources along with her passion to provide an excellent customer experience to help families find their dream home here in Vermont. In her spare time, Patti enjoys spending time with her three daughters and their families and grandchildren. She also enjoys cooking (takes online classes), gardening, golfing and hiking in our beautiful State of Vermont.
