Keller Williams Realty is pleased to announce that Jim Chamberlin owner of Chamberlin Real Estate has merged with Keller Williams Realty Green Mountain Properties as an agent partner. Jim closed 44 transactions in 2010 and brings with him over $9,000,000.00 in active listings. As a result of the merger, Chamberlin Real Estate is providing Keller Williams Realty with an immediate and significant presence in the Washington county market. Jim, a former Century 21 agent and RE/MAX franchise owner is eager to leverage our Chittenden county presence as he expands his team and business.
“We are truly lucky to have Jim Chamberlin join us here at Keller Williams Green Mountain Properties,” says team leader Brian Armstrong. “Keller Williams Realty offers its associates unparalleled career growth and learning opportunities in the real estate industry. We know that Jim will be a great fit and we are excited that he has chosen our office to hang his license.”
“I chose Keller Williams Realty because of its reputation for integrity and its agent-centric business model,” says Jim Chamberlin. “I want to continue to grow my real estate business, and Keller Williams Realty provides the training and technology that will help me reach my goals.”
Keller Williams Realty has put its mark on the real estate industry by offering comprehensive educational resources and technological tools. These advantages, coupled with additional benefits such as profit sharing, have attracted some of the most talented owners, brokers, and agents in the business. With these tools and benefits, the company has continued to grow despite the well-publicized turmoil in the real estate industry, and in 2011 became the 2nd largest real estate company in the U.S., surpassing Century 21.
